I love working with women and couples who are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, major life transitions, and realizing it’s not as easy/simple as they thought it would be.
A lot of my clients are strong, capable people who are used to handling things. But in this season, something feels different. Off. Heavier. Harder.
That’s usually where we start.
My style is down-to-earth, honest, and collaborative. I want you to feel like you’re talking to a clinically-trained friend. I’m not just the kind of therapist who just nods and says “how does that feel?” for 50 minutes. I’ll help guide you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and give you tools that actually make a difference in your day-to-day.
I don’t want you to feel stuck anymore. It's time to be freed of the anxiety, sadness, frustration, loneliness, and shame.
